Course Description

This one-day HACCP training courses will help participants understand:

  • How the HACCP helps food businesses to reduce the risk of safety hazards
  • Common food safety hazards (biological, chemical and physical)
  • The importance of 5 preliminary steps for the implementation of HACCP 7 principles
  • How to conduct a hazard risk analysis to determine the significant hazards
  • Methodology to determine the critical control points
  • Documentation associated with CCP limits, monitoring, corrective actions, verification and record-keeping
  • Relationship between the HACCP and food safety management system

Upon successful completion, each participant will received a certificate of completion

Registration

The course fee listed includes all course materials and a Certificate of Completion. To facilitate an effective online live training, participants will need a computer equipped with webcam, microphone, speaker and internet connection.
