- Perform a gap analysis and pre-assessment (pre-audit/mock audit) of your existing food safety management system against any one of the GFSI recognized schemes to assist in attaining SQF, BRC, and FSSC 22000 certification recognized by GFSI
2. Program Development and Implementation
- Develop a food safety management system or update your existing program to meet any selected GFSI recognized standard requirements (e.g., SQF, BRC, FSSC 22000 etc.), including food, packaging materials, or storage and distribution, and customize to reflect your operational best practices
- Work closely with your food safety team from program development through implementation until your business obtains certification
3. Employee Training
- Provide employees with necessary training to support the food safety program implementation

4. Internal Audit

- Participate in the third-party certification audits
- Assist in root cause analysis for non-conformances identified during a third-party audit and development of corrective actions and preventive measures for continuous improvement
