Course Description

This 2-day course covers the requirements of the implementing and maintaining the Safe Quality Food (SQF) Food Safety Code, Edition 9, for Food Manufacturing. It includes the food safety management systems and prerequisite programs as well as the steps in achieving SQF certification. This course will also provide participants with instructions on how to prepare for the “Implementing SQF System – Manufacturing Exam”.

The designated SQF practitioners, who are responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the requirements of the SQF food Safety Code: Food Manufacturing, are encouraged to participate in this course.

 Upon completion of this training, the participants will have a full understanding of the SQF program and will receive a Certificate of Completion for Implementing SQF Systems – Manufacturing.


The training classes (in-person) are held in the GTA area near Dixie Road and Hwy 401 in Mississauga just next to Toronto and Brampton, Ontario. The course fee listed includes a copy of SQF Food Safety Code: Edition 9. Applicable taxes are not included.
