HACCP Certification Courses
Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) is an internationally recognized methodology for ensuring food safety. HACCP-based food safety management systems are widely accepted by government agencies, trade associations and the food industry worldwide. The “Practical HACCP & Food Safety”, and “HACCP Principles & Application” have been approved and accredited by the International HACCP Alliance since 2011.
Our HACCP training series provides practical, hands-on and technical knowledge that participants need to develop, implement, and maintain a HACCP-based food safety management system. The certification training courses are delivered through in-person sessions and/or live instructor-led virtual classes via Zoom. In-person classes are held in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) near Dixie Road and Highway 401 in Mississauga, with easy access from Toronto, and Brampton, Ontario, Canada.
