Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) is an internationally recognized methodology to prevent or eliminate food safety hazards (biological, chemical, physical), or reduce it to an acceptable level. Food safety management systems based on the HACCP principles have been applied in food processing plants, storage facilities, retail food stores, and food service operations and have been accepted by government agencies, trade associations and the food industry around the world.

Our HACCP series of training courses provides practical and technical information participants need to develop, implement and maintain a HACCP-based food safety management system. The training classes are held in the GTA area near Dixie Road and Hwy 401 in Mississauga just next to Toronto and Brampton, Ontario.

Practical HACCP™ & Food Safety

Four (4) Days
(In-Person / Two Weekends)

The Practical HACCP™ and Food Safety certification course (4 days) including HACCP I: Prerequisite Programs/GMPs (2 days), and HACCP II: Developing HACCP Plans (2 days).

HACCP Principles & Application

Two (2) days
(In-Person / Weekdays)

This course provides the participants with an understanding of the Codex HACCP seven principles and its step-by-step application in developing a HACCP plan.

Introduction to HACCP

One (1) day
(Online / Instructor-Led)
