HACCP System Maintenance & Ongoing QA Support

Our food safety consultants can act as your part-time Quality Assurance (QA) personnel to help effectively maintain and continuously improve your existing HACCP-based food safety management system.

We will work closely as one of your HACCP team member to provide ongoing professional support to achieve regulatory compliance and food safety certification/re-certification, including SQF, BRC Global Standard, and FSSC 22000 that is GFSI recognized.

We offer the following services:

  • Work as a technical support and member of your HACCP team
  • Conduct regular plant visits and ongoing document & record review and verification
  • Update your existing programs to reflect any changes and maintain document control
  • Conduct scheduled facility inspections, internal audit and program reassessment
  • Assist in third-party certification audits and regulatory compliance verification (CVS)
  • Assist with customer complaint investigation, traceability program implementation and mock recall
  • Provide employee refresher training on GMPs and HACCP technical training
  • Perform product microbiological sampling and environmental monitoring
  • Assist with new product development and shelf life study
  • Conduct root cause analysis and identify appropriate corrective actions and preventive measures to address issues identified during regulatory and third-party audits 
  • Perform other QA related roles and responsibilities
