Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points

The online training courses will help participants understand:

  • How the HACCP helps food businesses to reduce the risk of safety hazards
  • Common food safety hazards (biological, chemical and physical)
  • The 5 preliminary steps and 7 HACCP principles
  • How to conduct a hazard risk analysis to determine the significant hazards
  • Methodology to determine the critical control points
  • Documentation associated with CCP limits, monitoring, corrective actions, verification and record-keeping
  • Relationship between the HACCP and food safety management system

Participants will be required to complete the entire course and pass the final assessment. Upon successful completion, each participant will received a certificate of completion.
